Here are some of my latest finds that might interest you.

I have never heard of cooking with one of these, but I am intrigued to find out more. I didn't enter this one, but let me know if you have ever used a moroccan tangine before. I would love to here about it. You can enter here at Rasa Maylasia.

There is a pretty sweet "Body After Baby" giveaway with all sorts of gear. It is valued at $950. Check it out here. And hurry. It ends April 30th!

Huge Mother's Day Sewing Giveaway

My sewing machine is ready, I have been picking up supplies and even have a pattern picked out. So now it is just finding the time to start cutting all the pieces and putting them together. This will be my first quilt, and I plan to document the process so I can go back some day and see how far I've come. And hopefully anyone else out there wanting to quilt can see they are not alone in getting started. I am starting out with just some basic squares for the first one. But the next one I have planned has lots of hexagons and I am trying to find the perfect bee fabric and prints to make a lovely design.

I know, I know. I say this all the time. I love giveaways, especially when I win or when someone I know and love wins.

Here are some of my favorites that I thought you might like.

Like going to yoga class, but can't seem to get out of the house or make the specific times? You can win a year of streaming free yoga classes here.

I am not sure why it is I like giveaways so much. A lot of times I see giveaways for useless stuff that I don't really need. But then there are those that have exactly what I am looking for and the price could not be better. When you are on a budget, winning the tools you need for free could not be a better way to build that real food kitchen of your dreams.

I am not part of this giveaway, but it looks like a bunch of bloggers have teamed up to offer quite the prize. There are a ton of ways to enter. And remember, you can't win if you don't enter!

Life in a House of Testosterone is also giving away a $100 Amazon gift card! Enter by 3/20.


And here is another great Amazon Giveaway for $100. (Just be warned, this is a jewelry site with some jewelry that would not be appropriate for everyone. The giveaway is for $100 to buy any jewelry you wanted off of Amazon, but I don't see why you could not use it for whatever you wanted.)

Sunshine and Flipflops is giving away 7 different Visa gift cards for a total of $1000. (Yes, I realize this isn't Amazon, but it ends on 3/20 and wanted to let you know about this too!)

These are great ways to get some of your real food needs to free. I won a $100 gift card in January and used it to order some vitamins, essential oils and some homeschooling stuff that we needed. And all it took was my email address in an entry form!

Glass Jar Giveaways

I have a small obsession with glass jars. I think that they are practical and there is something so beautiful about glass. I have been known to check out second hand shops in search of old glass jars. And sometimes I have bought a couple... And yes, they are all being used now. And in fact, I can think of even more things I would like to put in jars. We even use mason jars as cups in my house and mason jars hold out toothbrushes, I have mason jars full of homemade vanilla extract....oh I could go on.

So when I have a few minutes, I like to look for giveaways related to anything with glass jars or canning/preserving. Here are a few that I have found.

Another Blue Apron Giveaway

 

I have seen more of the Blue Apron Giveaways popping up. And they are just so cool. I was left to venture out as a grown up without any real cooking lessons. Everything I know how to cook is from reading recipes and trying things on my own (and maybe even a few youtube videos here and there). And learning it on your own is tough. There have been so many mistakes and bad dinners through the years.

That is why I think Blue Apron is pretty cool. Although I am not hosting the giveaway, I did  want to share with you some places where you could enter. There is one place I just found that you might want to check out.

Cookbook Giveaways

Sometimes I get in a real rut on what to make for dinner. Well, that is a bit of an understatement. Sometimes, I just don't eat because everything sounds awful and cooking the same thing I had last week sounds about as yummy as a bowl of worms.

I have tried out recipes off of websites, but there is nothing quite like cooking from a beautiful cookbook! I love leafing through the delicious pages, dreaming up a weekly menu and being encouraged about cooking again. Sometimes you just need a little inspiration.

If I had lots of money, I would probably foolishly spend some of it on way too many cookbooks. There are just so many that hold such delightful pictures and instructions. But, alas, I do not have lots of money. So instead, I throw my name in the hat for different cookbook giveaways. I actually won one too.

My dear Love, Le Creuset

Cooking real food takes time and money. You are not just opening a can of food, dumping in a bowl and popping it in the microwave... I am sure you all have done this. I know most people have. I didn't have a microwave, but back in the day, I opened a can of soup and heated it on the stove. And, maybe you still do this now... hey sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Now, I am all about finding out where my chicken came from, growing my own celery, making my own broth, etc. But to cook all of these delicious real food meals, we need proper equipment, and that includes what we are cooking these tasty treats in. (Or maybe I just have a slight obsession dishes and all things related to the kitchen!)

Anyways, I know that it has been pricey trying to purchase all of the things I need to for different dishes, so here are some giveaways for one of my favorites, Le Creuset. I hope you win!
